Things that make you go hmmmm ... --
Why is Gadhafi only a colonel? The guy's dictator of his own country and he can't promote himself to general? I guess he's just that rare breed of modest tyrant.
Nothing modest about those outfits he wears, though. I saw him in this shiny blue number yesterday that would have made Liberace blush.
