So let it be written, so let it be done
Resolved,
That persons not gainfully employed over the age 0f 60 must abstain from using the public roads or mass transportation during the hours of the day commonly referred to as "rush hour".
It is further resolved,
That if you see a long line of people behind you waiting for the ATM, or if you have a reasonable expectation that the ATM you are using is in high demand because of its location or time of day, you don't make a goddamn deposit to your primary checking, secondary checking, and money market accounts, then do several balance transfers or for any other reason take longer than two (2) minutes to complete your transaction.
