Not even going to comment on who wins ... because it's April.
Johnson doesn't look as sharp as you'd expect. Not surprising when you consider the weather. Matsui robbed a home run, scored, and has an RBI. He's my sleeper to hit 50. I was surpised to see that Matsui now holds the record for hits, doubles, and total bases in a single ALCS -- imagine if he had showed up for those last couple of games.
Ortiz hit the second pitch he ever saw from RJ on a line into the corner, confirming that he is a robot sent from the future to be a Yankee-killer.
Wells will definitely be at home with the "idiots" -- they may even crown him King of the Idiots.
Good God Almighty Joe Morgan and John Miller are the worst sportscasters ever. Miller says everything like this is the first time he's ever seen a baseball game -- perpetual amazement.
And, well, Joe Morgan is a moron.
David Wells just balked in a run ... amazing.
