Democracy for Dummies
Well here's the rub -- when all it takes is 50.1% to win, that means that 49.9% are going to be left shit out of luck. It's called democracy and the Founding Fathers feared it as much as tyrrany.
Bush won fair and square. Now we need to realize that there are two Americas -- the urban, educated, non-ignorant America, and the ignorant misguided red states. The fact that half this country thinks two men giving each other orgasms is more dangerous than the prosecution of pointless wars in faraway locales is a testament to stupidity.
This is not a conflict between two equally valid points of views, this is a battle between right and wrong. Creationism as a scientific theory is objectively wrong. The retraction of rights is wrong. Infusing the religious into the civic is wrong.
The only check on out of control democracy is a call to arms. Civil War II -- let's do it.
