Condoleezza Rice, President Bush's choice to replace Colin Powell as Secrerary of State, will make a major foreign policy speech Monday. A high level source has leaked the text of her speech to the ATPOC newsroom. Ms. Rice will propose, "that the United States rid the world of terrorists by tracking them down into their hiding places and eliminating them ... just like the doctors scraped all those dirty fibroids off the walls of my uterus."
