Democratic Convention
Does anybody care about these conventions? I sure don't.
Gore had a few good zingers that I saw on the news this morning, but I can't exactly remember what they were ... something about counting and recounting sheep at night.
I really hope that people will finally get angry about the obsurdity of the Electoral College this year when the same thing happens again. We have a system that works fine when the election is a landslide but that breaks down when it's close. That's insanity. How can 200 votes in Florida totally negate 500,000 across the country?
