Yogi Confusion --

There's a yoga position where you lay on your back, then swing your legs straight up in the air, basically making you body vertical while supporting your weight on your neck and shoulders. A co-worker and myself were talking about our yoga experiences.

Her: "I just can't do a shoulder stand, it hurts my shoulders."

Me: "I can do it, but it's not as straight as some of the other people."

Her: "Oh yeah."

Me: "I can get it up pretty good, though."

Doh !
