The Giving of Thanks
We are truly a lucky bunch of motherfuckers us Americans. Out of the six billion people on this planet, we are 300 million of the most prosperous and free. By the grace of God and the size of our nuts we conquered a continent. We then utilized our geographic and organizational advantages to achieve an unprecedented level of material abundance and global supremacy.
