Something about tall fences making good neighbors

I'm sorry -- I know that it's pretty lame to have a law related post, but this is just too damn funny. The quote below comes from the notes after a property case the legal details of which are completely irrelevant. Suffice it to say that two neighbors had an argument, they sued each other, one went broke and moved to Alaska. The neighbor that stayed then bought the other neighbor's land, I guess just to rub it in. The quote itself is from the neighbor that moved, taken 15 years after the fact by a law professor who was doing background research:

When Professor Samuels contacted Mr. Brown by telephone in Alaska, "[f]ifteen years after the lawsuit began, he continued to express frustration and anger with Mr. Voss, whom he called, 'one of the most scumbaggiest persons I've ever met.' [and whose wife he called a 'bozo']. When he learned near the end of our conversation that Mr. Voss now owns Parcel B, he commented -- after long moments of silence -- that Mr. Voss did not deserve to have the property and that 'it's unfortunate we didn't bury him right there.' "

Scumbaggiest?? That's too much.
