Article III Agony
The shit has officially hit the fan. Or, if you prefer, the other other shoe has dropped.
The swing vote has left the building. Forget War of the World, fuck the Sith -- this nomination process is going to make Bork look downright genial.
I have an idea for how the Supreme Court can get the respect it deserves from Congress. After each Congressperson gets sworn in, they have to get a tattoo on their ass that reads:
The Judicial Branch is a co-equal branch of the federal government.
